I'm Just testing out a new widget and (I think) I'd appreciate your feedback. This "widget" is in the bottom of the sidebar of every page and lets you see "who else" is visiting the blog recently (without actually letting you see who).
This blog is about finding and connecting with the community here, so I thought it'd be helpful to actually help you see there are other people on here... (I'm still working on getting all you lurkers involved.)
On your privacy, from the Feedjit FAQ:
"We don't show any personally identifiable information. However, if your visitors don't want their future visits displayed, they can click "options" on the widget and select "Ignore my browser".
Your website visitor's geographic location is shown at the city level. We don't show actual addresses and each city we display contains at least several thousand other people. All other information we display is public data sent by your visitor's browsers and appears in website logs across the Web." [More info @ Feedjit's FAQ]
Also, as far as I can tell, only visits to this actual page show up, not reading us in your email or via RSS.
