LGBT
Definition: An acronym used to describe/include multiple groups of sexual minorities (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender). Sometimes written as GLBT (just switched around) or LGBTQ (to include people who are questioning). Synonyms: queer.
Used as: "We need to make sure that we are including the LGBT community when we decide upon next year's City-County Fair theme."
Prounounced: L.G.B.T.
Not to be confused with: Gay BLT: which, however delicious, is a really queer Bacon-Lettuce and Tomato Sandwich

Don't forget the QQ (Queer Questioning) -- haha -- i know the acronym is getting longer, but it's all about inclusiveness, right? =) Plus, people (especially younger folks) use Questioning as an identity now. I can only imagine if I had "questioning" in my vocabulary at 13. "Hi, I'm Charles. And I'm Questioning"
