Marriage equality townhall in Yountville on Thursday

More than a handful of bloggers are talking about how hard it is to keep up the momentum from the very successful marches that happened around the state and country after Prop 8 passed. Renee Fannin, the organizer behind the gathering and march in Napa in November (and other recent events) is offering us some updates and a solid next step. From the event's facebook page:
After Prop 8 -- What's Next?

Napa County marriage equality town hall meeting

This will also be a chance to sign the letter to ask President Elect Obama to keep his promises to repeal DOMA and “Don’t ask don’t tell”

As always, please get at us via the tipline if you know of any upcoming events, news or gossip.

  1. The headline is incorrect...the meeting is on Thursday, not Tuesday.

  2. I wasn't able to make it last did it go?
