Napa joins in National Protest Against Prop 8, this Saturday Nov 15

Join the Nationwide Event!

Be part of the next Civil Rights Movement - Be part of history!
Join the National Protest & March for Equality on November 15th!

WHEN: Saturday, November 15 at 10:30 a.m.

WHERE: Napa City Hall, 955 School Street, Napa, California and in cities all across the country!

WHAT: Our community, friends and families will take to the streets and speak out against Proposition 8 and all of the other pro-equality losses that we have faced in our lifetimes, in our parents’ lifetimes, and for many generations before us.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?:
Show up on Saturday with signs (get ideas here, keep 'em about equality and rights and not )Get the word out:
  • forward this post
  • contact supportive groups/churches/organizations
  • post information on websites/blogs
  • make calls, tell everyone you know
  • join the Facebook group and pass along Napa's invite
  • print out and post flyers
  • contact friends in other cities to let them know about this nation-wide event

  3. Lifesite is claiming that "homosexualist activists" are disruptive vandals. While this website doesn't have the popularity of Town Hall or National Review (it is however,posting articles at Catholic.org), it is doing a superb job of portraying the gay protesters of Prop. 8 as violent,obscene vandals. The mainstream media has shown these protests at the churches as peaceful gatherings; on the other hand,the conservative media is portraying gays as obscene,violent anarchist vandals who deface Mormon temples,intimidate people,try to run over children,and disrupt church services.

    One has to hand it to Lifesite for coining the idiotic terms "homosexualist activists" and "homosexualists." Can't they spare English grammar?
